How do I login to the Partner Portal?
For UK Partners
Visit partners.hoxtonmix.com, using the email and the password created when first getting invited to the Partner Portal.
For Australian Partners
Visit partners.hoxtonmix.com.au, using the email and the password created when first getting invited to the Partner Portal.
What address should my client use?
We've moved our headquarters to 66 Paul Street, just 55 metres from our previous address. Our former address, 86–90 Paul Street, remains valid until May 2030, but we recommend updating your records to reflect our new headquarters address. Need help updating your records? How will I be charged for the subscriptions I have added?
An invoice will be created and sent out monthly/quarterly (depending on what is stated in the Commercial Agreement) to the contact details stated in the Commercial Agreement. These invoices can then also be found in the Partner Portal, under invoices.
Can I create a subscription for a company that has not been formed yet?
Yes, when adding the the subscription, under Business Type you can put
Unincorporated / Not registered yet. You can then edit that subscription once the
company has been formed.
